SHS/SMS athletes will need to have a 2021-22 physical on file with the athletic dept. by June 1 to participate in team practices/games this summer. Free physicals will NOT be offered this year on the recommendation of our ATC provider and other medical groups. With the extension given (due to Covid) most athletes have not had a physical in 2 years. It has been strongly recommended that athletes get a thorough physical during their wellness checks. LifeSpring Health Systems offers free physicals. Call 883-3095 to set an appointment. Ascension Medical Group is also offering $25 physicals or free physicals with a Health Check.

Lions baseball team defeats Crawford Co. 19-1 behind the pitching of Landon Steward and great team hitting. Kaleb Tucker belts HR over left-center fence. Lions improve to 4-2 on the season.
Two of Mrs. Miller's PE classes and Mr. Calhoun's physics class start the first week of archery. Other classes at the 3 schools will be starting soon. club will begin next year.
