Due to the weather forecast and road conditions, Salem Schools will be closed tomorrow, Feb. 16, but we will have remote learning. Keeping all of our students and staff safe continues to be our number one priority. Teachers should have assignments posted by 9:00 a.m. With the closing of school, there will not be a Prosser bus. I’m sure no one wants to hear this, but due to the weather forecast from the National Weather Service and the timing of the precipitation, we have decided that Salem Schools will be closed tomorrow, Feb. 15, but we will have remote learning. Keeping all of our students and staff safe continues to be our number one priority. Teachers should have assignments posted by 9:00 a.m. With the closing of school, there will not be a Prosser bus. Also, there will be no meal pick-up for those families signed up to pick up meals on Monday. Stay safe! Thanks and have a great day!

Lady Lions swim team completed season Saturday with multiple personal best times. 200 medley relay 9th- Sumner, Walker, Jaurequi, Irwin; 200 free relay 10th- Yake, Walker, E. Houchin, Irwin; 400 free relay 10th- Jaurequi, E. Houchin, C. Houchin, Yake; 200 IM Yake 14th

Jalen Stephens and Danny Bowling advanced to semistate in wrestling today. Swim team had a number of personal best times at sectional. 7th grade boys win county tournament. 8th grade beat Eastern on a buzzer beater and Lady Lions fighting for sectional title right now!

Madison has reported that we are close to capacity for our game tonight. Tickets will probably not be available at the door. Purchase tickets online before you go.
