2018-19 NEW Student Registration
Please choose the appropriate link(s) below to register a student who did not finish out the 2017-18 school year with us. You will be prompted to schedule an appointment to stop by and finalize the enrollment at the Administration Building, 500 N. Harrison St, Salem, IN.
Items needed to enroll:
- Parent Proof of Address (current utility bill, mortgage or lease agreement)
- Student Birth Certificate
- Student Immunization Records
- Custody Papers (if relevant)
- Parent Photo ID
